Onze koekjespot stond er een beetje triest bij, dus werd het tijd om hem weer eens te vullen.
Had een tijdje terug speculaasplankjes gekocht, dus dit was het geschikte moment om die eens uit te testen.

This week I am realy in baking mood.
Our cookie jar looked a little sad, so empty, the perfect opportunity to bake some caramelized cookies, we call them "speculaas"
A little while ago I bought some molds, so I could give them a try, the result..... a happy jar.
